Confluential guest was Dr. Ajar Rab, a Manorite from the class of 2005. Dr. Rab, a renowned Advocate, Arbitrator and Professor, shared his journey with enthusiasm, inspiring students to follow their passion and work hard and make most of their time at SGC by learning and building valuable skills.
The Case Record for 9th NLIU-Justice R.K. Tankha Memorial International Moot Court Competitionhas been drafted by Dr. Ajar Rab, Founding Partner, ANR LAW LLP. He is an arbitrator with an experience of 11 years in the field of commercial litigation, international arbitration and corporate transactions. He has authored various scholarly books and articles. He is also a visiting faculty at NLSIU, Bangalore and a distinguished faculty at NUJS, Kolkata. All these accomplishments and experiences ensure the construction of a well-rounded and practical case record.
